Pear & Raspberry Smothie Crush

fruit smoothies are a favourite of mine, they're light & tasty and a great way of getting your 5+ a day fruit/veg

but I definitely go through flavour phases,

my current crush is a pear and raspberry smoothie, as you can see from the the photos, I am quite liberal with the raspberries!!




I tend to stick to a fairly standard base for my smoothies finished off with a couple of extra ingredients (in bold) to give it it's twist:

1 banana
a generous sprinkle of Chia seeds (approximately1 table spoon or so)
Almond milk (a large cup)
a table spoon or so of vegetable protein (vanilla) 
1 pear
frozen raspberries (about a handful...or so)
a bit of honey
